Supervision
Curry Supervisor: Naoyoshi Motoyama
From the age of 19, he trained in Italian, Mediterranean, and French cuisine, and at the age of 26, he became the head chef of a hotel.
At the age of 27, he visited India, where he discovered the fascination of spices, and was awakened to the cuisine of the world, becoming a "travelling chef" who visited 30 countries while teaching cooking.
After returning to Japan, he opened the World's Gochiso Palermo (restaurant) for 17 years.
He became the talk of the town when he held the "Earth Marathon of the World's Feasts," a two-year event in which he served dishes from 195 countries (the number of countries recognized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the time).
He then turned his attention to manufacturing and selling retort pouch products, hoping that people could enjoy the tastes of the world at home. His books include "Sekai no Gochiso: Tabi x Recipe" (Travel x Recipe), a collection of travel memoirs and recipes, "Sekai no Gochiso: Tabi x Recipe" (IKAROS PUBLICATIONS, LTD.), "196 The world recipes for home cook" (Recipes from 196 countries), which covers the cuisine of the world, won the Special Judge's Award at the Recipe Book Awards and sold 45,000 copies (Writes Publishing, Inc.), and "Sekai no Otsu-Masu Recipe" (World's Best Recipes) (Shufu To Seikatsu-sha).
